Returns

 Refunds are issued if the return  is authorized on scotchbonnetnyc.com  within 3 days of delivery, and back within 7 days of delivery.

To authorize a return, use the link https://scotchbonnetnyc.com/a/return. You can also go to the footer page  and click start a return.

Once your return is authorized, a prepaid return label will be provided for you to print. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning your entire order, or if the total value of items you keep is under $150, an additional $8 will be deducted to cover the cost of the original shipment.

All items returned  is subject to a 2.00$ restocking fee.

Items returned in its original condition and in the correct time frame will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

Late returns

If orders are received outside the 7 day time frame, Scotch Bonnet has the right to refuse the acceptance of the package.

Exchange

Exchanges are issued, if the exchange  is processed by the customer  within 3 days of delivery, and back within 7 days of delivery.

After authorizing a exchange a invoice for the return label will be sent  to your e-mail.Upon payment you will be able to print your return label. In the event that you are exchanging for a higher priced item a invoice will be sent for the difference to your e-mail.

All sale items are final sale .All items purchased using a discount code are final.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival  and contact us immediately at info@scotchbonnetnyc.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
